Stuck outside of boat in Constantinople.

Well it's just like the title says. I spent a loooong time trvaelling to 'Nople and I logged out in my boat, come back and it's a few feet away and I can't go anywhere as I don't have swimming nor do i want to kill myself. Warping back to my HF is hardly an option due to the time spent travelling here, is a rescue viable? Are there any other ways?
