I don't think there's a cap on those. Carpentry just increases board quality softcap (Very useful for Htables)

all built items are only dependent on the items used to make them, no skills involved.

And softcap on crafting cheese trays (I think), and possibly a few other crafts but there definitely aren't many others.

woodfish is carpentry and dex... wood plate, cup, and cutlery all use carp too. i don't recall any other items that do. maybe buckets? but i doubt it.
