How to... play in haven and hearth!?

Hello all from a biggest country in the world ^_^. I want to play in haven and hearth, but have connect(connect?) problem. I launch client, write username, password, press Login button, then see "Authentication..." -> "Connecting..." and... "Count not connect to server". Same time my friend play and have no problems. Same problem with all clients(Original, Pacho etc). I tried connect to server via proxy, but it did't help. Why?
PS. sorry for my bad english
PSS. where i can know server's ip address or domain for trace his?

Try again at a different time. The server could just be down. I suggest you name this topic something like trouble connecting to server. or else its going to be hard to get help.
