for the 2nd question:

run around naked, eat a Creamy Cock (for some reason that gives happiness? :S), and generally just do stuff like a primitive caveman would do.

However, happiness does nothing, it's just there to scare the shit outta you until you realize that it does nothing.

1. Each point that you change in personal beliefs moves it one step closer to change. At full change, you get 300% LP. Full peaceful adds 20% LP. Full peaceful and change adds 360%, because the 20% from peaceful is multiplied by 3 by the 300% gain from change. You can also wear certain items or drink tea to gain an LP boost.

2. Happiness doesn't change anything at the moment, but... Killing animals makes your character happy. Being near human corpses makes you extremely unhappy. There's a lot of other stuff that changes it, but those are the two main ones that will effect your happiness meter the most often. Creamy cocks also give happiness. Everyone loves a big, warm, creamy cock in their mouth... Well, I do, at least.
