I Can't Play Please Help

I have Vista 64bit system with Java 64bit. I Log into this web page and click Play, it downloads a small java icon which loads up a Haven & Hearth starting Message then opens up another Web window which then crashes. It just stops working and I have attempted to change to 32 bit java etc with no luck. I would like to play this game but atm no go. Please reply with any know how as to help me with this issue. I also have skype, vent & teamspeak if you need to walk me through the progress to make this game work.

have you tried gilbertus's client? i personally have never used it but i believe it should work correctly

I think I attempted to use that program and it didn't work. If someone has a link to a alt program I can use please link it with some details as to how to install/use. ty
