Few questions regards hunting

Postby Vraatjuh » Mon Dec 20, 2010 3:11 am

1. Does a higher stone axe, give better Q hides etc?
2. Is it worth getting bow over sling? and ifso, what MM would I need for that?
3. How many agility + sling Q would I need to 1 hit Aurorchs?
4. Is it worth skinning/butchering mouflons?

Thats it, thank you x).

Perception doesn't raise ranged damage, only increases the minimum damage. To 1 hit an auroch at full peaceful you need higher slings then anyone in the game has. q500+ if I remember right.

put fire build signs around a stone for extra ammo and protection, aurochs will just stand outside your fence and take your stones

since there is usually nothing else to do, its always worth skinning, butchering, taking bones, making hooks from bones and whatever else you can think of, unless you know another herd nearby

Im living in a place where theres nearly always a herd within 3~4 minutes boating. And I usually shoot from my boat.

What the other guy said: Is there no1 who can 1hit an auroch?

Oh I'm sure someone can, you'd probably have to be heavily into martial tho and I'm too lazy to do the math to figure if it'd actualy be worth it, magik 8-ball says notrly tho.
