Terra forming, Landscaping

Tried to search, but can't find..
Is there any way to change landscape? I mean to get rid of breakage, fall (or how is it called), swamp, river and other obstacles. Or can I somehow build bridges to make a road through them?

No, you can't change those obstacles. Though, you can buy swimming and cross rivers if you have a decent CON.

Sad, that wagon do not swim. Hoped to get many thing. Maybe there are larger boats?
