Unresponsive

Sometimes when I play, I will get a series of 5-20 second periods where the game doesn't respond to my clicks... basically, it freezes up. Strangely enough, though, I can still see other people move around and talk when I can not.

Is there a fix to this?

Happens same for me and all players i'v met. On Gilbertus and default clients both. Have't seen or heared any fixes. Nor serached for, tbh.
