How do I raise ore quality?

Build a Ore Smelter with higher quality bricks and use higher quality fuel.

Ore has no Quality. Construct an ore smelter, the average of the bricks will determine the Quality of the smelter. Fill your ore in there. Once you smelt it, it will turn into a metal bar, or if its silver or gold, a nugget. The Quality is determined by the Quality average of The Charcoal fueling it, and the Quality of the Ore smelter.
