Hypothetical Question about HFs and Spawning

Ok, say I'm gone for awhile, and my claim is gone for some reason, some comes along, destroys my HF, and house probably, settles on my property and redoes everything.

Now I have no HF and the bed I was in was destroyed. How will I spawn?

randomly or "where you logged out" unless someone puts something on the place your bed was

Lets assume they did build where my bed was. With no HF and my bed gone and stuff built on it, where would I spawn?

pretty random, but pretty sure not near the centre. It tries to put you near a lightly inhabited area

I've spawned near a few villages, even trapped inside their outwall once.

Spawn location is a completely random spot within the central 5x5 supergrids.
