i know when i make a paliside gate i get a key... BUT how do i make a copy for my friends so they can also open and close it???

You need a nugget of any common metal to copy a key. To craft 10 nuggets out of 1 metal bar you need a metal crucible.

■To create a copy of the original key hold a key-mold and right click on a metal nugget.
■Name the new key by right clicking on them.
