wine question

if i have like grape juice in a barrel and its 10 seconds from fermenting and becoming into wine, would putting 1 drop of grape juice in make the process start over from scratch?
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

To give you short answer: no, it wouldn't restart, it would just add few more seconds.

To understand more clearly, if you have 1/2 of barrel almost ready and you would put another 1/2 to fill it up just before it becomes wine, it would need 1/2 of full time to become wine.

If that is understandable :D
