Bar next to ingame semi cricle

On either side of the semi circle right above the ingame chatbox, there is a bunch of boxes labeled 1-9 and 0. I've seen screenshots where the can be filled with certain tasks like lift. How do I set tasks for these boxes?

get your craft or task windows at the right to what you want, but instead of clicking it, drag it to a number

Drag and drop your actions or skills into the quickbar. Right click to remove them. If you have a custom client, you can cycle through multiple quickbars by pressing alt+[number].
