Tamed animal question

Postby Jacob_Lee » Mon Dec 27, 2010 11:02 pm

Looking at my pigs to see their stats, I realized I never thought about what those red and brown bars mean, so, my question is what do they mean?

I always wondered that too. Where in the wiki did you read about the red bar?

what i have learned is that the red bar shows hunger and the brown bar shows somewhat like the quality of the cattle's status. (not sure how you call it)
if your cattle suffered from hunger for a while, the brown bar drops. the brown bar does not recover, while the red bar recovers when the hungry cattle eats enough. the meat and hide you get from the cattle with low brown bar will have lower quality than they show on the cattle info screen.

In short, the red bar is his hunger, it get's up when it eats, and the brown bar is it's hp.

That sounds about right... I just slaughtered one of my original cows (q10 across the board) and it gave me q6 stuff.
