does the quality of the oven matter?

does the quality of the oven matter for baking things? my main question is what really determines the quality of things like blue berry pies and and honey buns? is it just ingredients or does oven quality matter

It does. IIRC 1/2 thing baking Q, 1/4 fuel Q, 1/4 Oven Q.
