I want to pvp

I want to play this game to kill, raid, pillage, and form a band of people to go do such bad deeds. Is it possible for one to focus on pvp?

Yes

to focus on PvP, get all the combat skills, rage and murder, trespassing

Then get agil, str, cons, MC, UA, MMS
W3 - Apolion, Terricieil (old & new), Westedge & Saltmummys other place.
W4 - Quahog
W5 - Yggdrasil (now gone) - New Yggdrasil.

Yeah, it'll take about two months of playing 12 hours a day.

To get decent stats

mostly because you need your hunger to go down before before you can eat again, and eating is the only thing to increase things like agility etc with FEP
