ive played this game at least 12 hours straight and i love it so im hooked GOOD DEAL, and from the several sources i have read that HEY dont go out chopin all the trees down! well man they give the highest LP to me atm!!!
so if i dont do that wtf am i to do for fast LP? any idears???

In the beginning chopping trees and turning them into buckets or something similar is indeed very good lp. People just don't like clearcutters very much, because to new players forests are important.

Later you might either want to go bow hunting or grow big ass wheat fields. Grinding flour and making doughs at decent quality is the best lp in the game as it stands now.

Alright and i need the windblown errr w/e its called to get the wheat? and exploration to lvl 5 for those to appear correct? then string i basicly gotta wing out for some leather straps or is there a faster way to get string its kinda settin my grind back to tell you the truth!

1. Cut trees or whatever, spend LP on exploration until you've got it at 10.

2. Look for spindly taproot (functions as string) and WWW (Wild Windsown Weed).

3. Build a drying rack, put in the WWW, wait for it to reveal what seed you got from it, repeat step 2 until you've got your desired seed.

4. Have fun

another question is when i claim land it has 3 check marks there for theif stuff, do i check that if i wish that to apply to my ground? and whats with the colors

You can assign people you got kinned different colours. Then you can assign each colour different rights to your claim. So if you check trespassing for lets say blue, all blue marked people in your kinlist will be allowed to trespass your land without leaving scents. Should you not have made any friends yet you better just leave all boxes unchecked.

First off, the 3 checkmarks - tresspassing means walking inside the claim and -looking- (not looting) containers and whatever.

Theft means lifting objects and looting containers inside your claim.

Vandalism means destroying objects inside your claim.


Now, the colors... On your kinlist (Ctrl + B) you can add friends and people you know, you can then further assign colors to people, so let's say you assign me to the green color.
You can then hit the green color when configuring your personal claim, and you can decide which checkmarks to cross, for example allowing me to loot things on your claim.

You can set all of your 'purple' friends to be allowed to destroy things on your claim, and set all your 'blue' friends to be only allowed to walk around and look into containers, for example.

You can start hunting for LP with like 10 marksmanship, and you can get there without destroying trees - just take branches off them and build things (dream catchers give the most LP per branch, IIRC).
