Maximum honey/beeswax in a single hive?

Postby Shask » Thu Jan 06, 2011 2:06 pm

Do beehives have a maximum for the amount of honey/beeswax they can hold? Sorry if this has been asked - search didn't turn anything up.

Whilst I'm at it - I don't want to make another thread - could anyone give me information on how LP increases with quality? Is it simply the Quality multiplier? So you get e.g. 2x more LP for harvesting a Q40 wheat crop than a Q10 wheat crop?

It is 6 beeswax I think, barely ever harvest wax. 1 is definitely not true though.

Thanks all. 1 litre of honey is quite good, I guess. Would be awesome if the beehive naturally expanded and got bigger if you didn't harvest beeswax

Pretty sure I saw 1L of honey and 5 beeswax as an answer in a thread within the past few weeks.

Crop quality doesn't affect LP gain. With 360% learning ability, I always get 36 LP per crop harvested/planted. However, the LP gain is better when cooking with higher quality ingredients (e.g. high quality wheat seeds will give you better LP when making flour than low quality wheat seeds). I think that holds true for all crafting.
