A quick question regarding the map.

Hiya everyone. I'm quite new.

What I am wondering is if there is any way, other than landmarks and roads and the like, to determine where you are on the map?

The reason as to why I am asking is thus: After wandering aimlessly for nearly 3 hours, I found myself in a cozy spot, and spent some times building a cottage. Now that I am about to claim the area, I realise that I have no Idea where I am.

I was looking at the maplib.net map, trying to trace myself from start to where I am now, but I only got a headache for my troubles.
