There is no room by than heartfire

Hello. Finally i found bear and he killed me. Now i am trying to teleport to my friend heartfire (created new character, got body, name, stuff), writing it , ladder appears, go there and see message "There is no room by than heartfire"
What i am doing wrong?

There is no room by that hearth fire.

Have your friend make sure the hearth fire is outside in an open area. If it continues to fail, report it as a bug.
Come back two hours earlier.

Thank you, this solved the problem. Heartfire was rebuild on the clear field
