how do i find other players

Well...I find way too many players. Maybe you just need to look a little further, or perhaps you could look for a recruitment thread to start over with other people.

Keep heading in one direction. Don't change that direction. EVENTUALLY you will run into someone. Perhaps.

well... actually alot depends on your initial placement on the worldmap
but do as they sugsested.... just keep heading one way and use "Adventure>Travel> To your hearthfire" to get back since youll probably be too lost to get back on your own
it will be rather hard to find people to talk to since most may be playing not in your timezone and may be sleeping or exploring themselves, just continue living like you do, someone is bound to find you (if your close to water you can leave a trail to your land for them to find you, but if you do that then have atleast yeomanry and claimed land so they cant steal that easly when your not around)

It's supposedly a smaller world this time around so odds are very high he'll be running into quite a lot of people..
