Tanning Tubs Broken?

My dried rabbit skin just doesnt want to turn into leather, it seems. I check it constantly, it'll be at 94%, 96%, and then 92% and just repeat.

I live in a cave, if that means anything.

drying racks work in the cave too, no problems from them
