How to survive a bear/boar attack!

Though bears and boars are now killing, many players get killed, so this is how to survive it:
When a bear/boar starts chasing you don't try a-e-h, just turn off the client. When you log in again(make sure that you log in after some time, or at your hf) you will be knocked down, with 0hp but ALIVE!

or you could've just been really lucky and the boar decided not to kill you, like what happened to me
