They may exist, but only as either a Dev-only toy, or solely in the imaginations of deranged goons.

Disclaimer: I do not feel that all goons are deranged, only a portion of them. Please do not goon my house up.

Many people have seen my monocle ingame, while the method of crafting it is a bit out there it is possible.
Although I doubt anyone will find it without just being lucky.

I can neither confirm, nor deny, the presence of monocles in the game.
