Is it correct that, the more strengh you have, the more damage you do with bows?

and, is there a difference between bone and stone arrows? like more damage or something?

Right now, damage by arrow attacks is not affected by any character attribute, but it will be affected by Perception in the future.

And yes, the difference between bone and stone arrows is that bone arrows do more damage.

The hit chance of the bow is only affected by your Marksmanship skill.
