Scents

Since scents are apparently on claimed land, rather than right before, will you leave a thief scent if you intrude and collect it? It's probably "yes" but I still ask to make sure.

There's usually a scent on the edge of the claimed area, if not you'll have to leave a trespassing scent to get to the others.

You can always ask the owner to set you as trespassing-allowed to avoid leaving anything.

There was, but the footprint was inside. And even after I trespassed(entered), right-clicking it didn't work. That's why I'm assuming you have to "steal" the scent.

i think you even need theft for collecting a scent on claimed land (that is why you cant colloct it).

So you will leave your own scent then? Darn, wasted LP points so early in the game =(
They should just allow you to collect it regardless.

To collect scents on claimed land, you need to trespass. You will leave a trespassing scent but not an actual scent for collecting the scents.
