Some idiots claimed our cave, how can i surround their claim?

My friend made a claim and i also did be we cant put them togheter without the 5 tiles space

You cannot, you can build village claim though and then declaim it via Authority Points. But I suggest pallisading them in first, or brickwalling as a better option.
