Ancestral / Sacrefice

Hey guys..
I'm trying to sacrefice some items but it doesn't work.
I left klick the item (hold it) right klick on the altar.. nothing happens.
I tried every frkn item i have, but nothing happens...
Do i need something special? Special items? Special skills?

Have you checked what items the ancestors desire from the "Worship" tab of your character sheet?

Wiki talks about this a bit, might be worth checking out in more detail:

Pretty sure you have to build your own. Otherwise you and your friend would lose numa points off the same shrine if it was destroyed.
