Destroying signs that you've built in a poor spot

I made a sign to build a palaside corner posts, but its off to the side slightly of where i wanted to build it and i already put a wood log in it, is there anyway to get rid of it?

take the wood log out, or use in the menu adventure > destroy
Learn from the mistakes of others. You won't live long enough to make all of them yourself.
