Higher Ore Q

Do some mines now have higher q ore?
We have found tons of mines already and I was wondering if everyone had the same luck or did jorb and loftar just make tons more mines but some have more higher q ore?

I wanted to ask that when you do a random minehole then can you find only stone there or is there a chance to find copper and such when you can't find any with rustroots?

Rust root finds every mineral apart from gold and silver, so no

It finds precious minerals if you are in the second "layer" of the world, wich you can acess building a mine hole or entering a cave.
