Help Error Can't play

hello it will not let me play the game it loads than it doesn't open up instead in the top left corner of my PC
thers a Box that says havenandhearth error
help??

No it did not work at all is there any other way. or can i just restore my computer like a week or 2 back and see if it lets me play it than ???
