is there a way to find a sertain user somewere on heaven and hearth or is it jusrt imposibble

Depends.
If they've committed a crime on your property, you can collect scents and track them.
If they're a friend you know, you can get their hearthsecret from them via forums or what have you and kin them.
If you're in a party with someone, you can locate one another -- just don't follow the arrows. Follow their image just don't follow the arrows.
