Sealed initial post

Some griefer sealed my initial post of palisade. It was build on personal claim with roundpole fence around it (I though that someone with Theft could seal it but could not destroy fence). I was late for about 2 hours. Some other staff was also destroyed but those are minor things (boat, some WWW on racks, etc.), so I think that there is a lot of scents. So two questions:
1. Is it possible, that jorb or loftar could unseal this cornerpost after PM to one of them?
2. Maybe someone want to do some man hunting? Not too much to offer, maybe except a 67ql soil.

Seems to me the guy had Vandalism then
Track the scents and kill him, done.

Obvious, except he doesn't have Ranging.
