[World4] Wrought Iron and Steel quality formula

Hello,

I tried using the search button, but haven't found any late information.

using exact same quality materials, i got a quality variations when trying to make wrought iron and steel

anyone found out the exact formula for quality ?
it seems to contain some randomized delta (pretty much like farming)
