Oops, my bad

Postby Shuffletrin » Wed Feb 02, 2011 6:54 pm

Heh, well, I accidentally miscalculated a tree-fall when it was near one of my log cabins I am currently building. Now I am unable to get at one of those giant logs because I am unable to move into the house-area. Will the log eventually disappear? Or is it going to be like that for a long time?

If you haven't built your cabin items into the post, then you can simply remove them and pick up the log. If you've already built them you can either destroy the post and lose all the progress building, or continue to build, and then live with a house with a log sticking out the side for forever.

Your call.

2 logs trees generally fall 5 tiles from its base so if there are any trees that are that close to west of the site, make sure to chop it down and get the logs first. Likewise, plan your tree farm to stagger position so the logs you chop down don't for into other trees.
If you keep focusing on the shadow behind, you will not see the light in front of you.

Being successful isn't just about hard work and succeeding, it is also about picking yourself up when you fail.
