Building in caves

Is it still possible to build in caves? coz I can't pave, build or do anything exept mining...

You have to pave the ground, and it can only be done a certain number of tiles from the walls. I believe it was 3. If you have a narrow tunnel it won't allow you to build anything on it. However this only applies on actual cave floor. You can build anywhere you've dug out with mining, even if it is close to the walls.

Problem is it doesn't allow me to pave at all even on mined out terrain...

The mined out ground can't be paved, for some reason, but it doesn't need to be, you can build directly on it. Only the actual gray cave floor requires pavement.

I wish to build a claim but I can't, I get error message you cannot be build that here. I tried to build on cave floor and mined out... nothing works.

Might not be able to claim in caves, though that seems silly. I know you can build village idols down there so I can't see any reason not to allow normal claims. Try finding a wider open area of cave floor that will allow you to pave it and try there.
