Secure area - newbie question.

Another question... i tried to search but found nothing useful.

So... In point A there is village claim. In point B is... dunno, something. Lets say ore deposit. Point B is 500 tiles away from point A. Is there any method of securing it, except personal claim (which can be destroyed by another village claim)? Any other way than to build xx statues?

I know it's quite newbie question, but really don't know how to do it. I saw some statues which weren't connected to village claim, but... is it still possible?

Post your own village claim.

I agree with Lima, set up a second village claim, you can crossroads travel between them then.

Otherwise, building banners all the way over is probably the easiest, but that will have a large authority drain on the village.

Remember to keep both villages authority up then though. It might involve some village hopping with active chars who grind alot of lp.
