I has found metal spot, built minehole on it. Then we go in and cannot mine any tile cuz "This rock is very much hard for you to mine". What we can do now?

Get a lot of strength and a better axe. It'll take a LOT, though.

Your best bet is buying one, or getting lucky and finding high q stone by mining in a cave.

As well as i read topics here, rustroot cannot be used to find where are metal ore in cave?

Technically, it can. You just need to prospect on the surface, above the cave. Rustroot detects metal one level under you.

You also have a chance finding good q stones digging in mountains, we found q42

I can confirm that that works. It sucks, but it works. I recently found a vein of copper in a cave by prospecting above it, then walking about the same amount underground. I was just lucky that the cave went there...it was almost a 2 minute walk.

Anyway, I smelted the ore I got there to get some better stones to make a better axe so i can actually mine in the mine we have a claim on.
