fighting pvp/pve

alright, i got the system with the armor and the initiative points, but there are a few things i am still wondering about:
1) does the fight balance have an effect on my hit and dodge succesrate?
2)what else effects my percentage of successfully hitting?
3)what else effects my percentage of successfully doging? (if there are any factors at all o0)
4)do animals have armor as well? if so, can it be destroyed? after all i dont deal as much dmg as the wiki would suggest.

1) I think so, probably
2) In general I believe your melee skill/unarmed skill/marksmanship does, intelligence should affect the chance of hitting with attacks like 'Knock their teeth out'
3) Not sure, could be agility?
4) Not sure again.
One day I hope to start a village. It shall be called 'Fruit Town'

1.) yes to both
2.) agility and your skill in whatever weapon your using [unarmed=fist, melee=sword/axe, marksmenship=bow]
3.) Dodge uses unarmed and rolls that against the opponents to hit, shield uses melee which is 150% as effective, but functions exactly the same.
4.)no animals have armor at this time, thus it cant be destroyed, your damage is literally 1/3 your strength plus the damage of the weapon your using UNLESS your using a bow, where nothing factors in besides the bow type and arrow type.

2*.) Also, certain instance skills effect the tohit by a multiplier.
