How do I get rid of a Timber House

Hello folks,

Some time ago I claimed a plot of land and put down a Timber House to function as my home. However, I've since expanded my plot and relocated my home to a second Timber House some dozen tiles away and would like to use the ground under my first Timber House for farming. Problem is, there's a Timber House in the way. I was wondering in what way I would be able to get rid of it, since just trying to Demolish it doesn't accomplish anything.

You 626+ STR with nothing, 577+ STR to destroy with stone axe equipped, 530+ STR with Pickaxe, 485+ STR with a Sledgehammer, 26+ STR with a ram.
