Since W4. Caught me by surprise the first time too. They also only heal 1HHP, so apparently it was a change to try and make leeches a more dangerous form of healing.

I like it though.

back in old days you didnt have 100hp, so i think its a reasonable update

Mine have all healed for the same as they've taken, when they heal at all.

I like the change, because it makes them a bit more viable. It was just too little, too slow before. Now with a set of q30 leeches I can recover a quarter of my HHP each time if I'm lucky.
