Soil Quality Question

So once I find a high quality soil node what all can I use it for?

I know about storing high quality soil to plant high quality trees.

Can I also somehow spread out that high quality soil on the ground by my camp and plant crops on it? Or is it's only use for planting good trees right now?

No, unfortunately you can't "move it" by your house, though that'd rock. Although if it's close enough to your claim, you could eventually increase your claim to cover it and grow crops there. Or you could grow crops there anyhow, and hope they don't get stolen. Though I wouldn't hold my breath on that.

OK thanks! Also one more question. Any idea how to make trees invisible. I've seen quite a few youtube videos where they somehow enabled an option to make all the trees and rock see through objects.
