Living on heath... some questions.

Postby MikeySix » Sun Feb 13, 2011 6:25 pm

I recently moved off my little island settlement onto some heath, which I read is pretty beneficial to live on. However, how much of this is true?

I know you can directly pave and plant on it, but how does this affect quality of crops planted on heath? you can't dig up soil in heath, so it has no quality, right?

Oh alright. Damn, I read somewhere that you can plant directly on it. I was getting all excited about never having to plow again. At least I won't for areas I'm going to be paving, which is still nice.

still you won't be 100% safe.also its possible that some people seal our cornerpost while you are offline before you can finish your palisade.I'm just saying that heath=a lot of traffic=possible raiders, griefers, murderers, thiefs etc

Also, farmer-friend, make sure you have an alt carrying seedbags of seeds you'll need if you have to flee. Nothing sucks more than being cropless. Well, there is death.

Way ahead of you there. Although the thieves who ransacked stole the rest of my leather so I only had 4 seedbags.
