Should I find better Q soil for a farm?

Postby Niaku » Mon Feb 14, 2011 6:17 am

Hey, another newbie question. I've found several 38Q Soil patches. Should I settle for one of these or keep looking for closer to 60ishQ? I'd hate to have to relocate later on, and yet I'd hate to search for several months to find soil.

TLDR Settle with 38Q soil or find better?

Keep looking? I don't know how high nodes go, but Q38 isn't very high, I know few Q65~ places.

Supposedly having soil at or above your crop will yield seeds with a (-5/+5) chance, with soil below it does a (-5/+2) or something along those lines.
