Oh and at my failed english is becasue i lived in maexico for 6 years and i forgot most of my english and prob that bump to my head 2 years ago

Well - you just have to look for distinct features in the landscape and search them on the map.

As for trading - you'll most likely get an location or coordinates from your trade partner.
