Setting the table

I read that there is a 'tidiness bonus' applied to tables which is a combination of Psyche and Cooking. How would one set the table(presumably for others?). Does that involve setting the chair in front of the table?

Place a symbel item on the table. You can even pick up an existing one and place it back.

So I should just give the Symbel items to our resident cook and then have her set the table?

Tidiness bonus was removed a while ago, it was OP.

I have been reading about FEP and it still doesn't make total sense to me.

Assume that Joe Strong has 16 STR(his highest stat) and he consumes, on an empty FEP bar, a loaf of 10 quality Bark Bread. He now has +5 FEP and he has...11 FEP left to go? Less? How exactly does not buffing your top statistic reduce yur overall FEP gain formula?

Each food type you eat in one bar reduces that bar, I don't recall the exact formula though. It's pretty strong early on, but gets weaker as your base bar increases since it's on a square root function.

And if a table provides a FEP bonus of 1%, it means that all consumed food will be 1% more effective for FEP? So with a q100 food of FEP amount of 50, it will provide a total of 50.5 when consumed?
