Re-staking my village on an alt.

Urine killed my lawspeaker. I had to piss, left him behind a rock and came back dead to a bear. Here is my situation...

I have a village claim with pallies surrounding a very nice farming setup, my alt is trapped inside until i can get a keymold to make a copy of the key (which is gone with my death)

How do i claim the village with my alt from inside the compound? Can i just wait until there is low enough authority and take it over?

Either have tresspassing and lawspeaker or just have lawspeaker and wait it out.
