Necessary MM to use Bow (for real)

I mean, I got 100 MM and a q38 bow,I use bones with an average of 60ish quality to make arrows and its the aim timer is still slow as hell
What should I do?

The wiki says 60 MM and q30 bow atleast...wth

Arrow quality caps your MM skill. Get better arrows/a new quiver, it might be the problem.

Neither arrow quality or quiver quality caps MM. Your bow is capping your MM at 76 right now. If you want to utilize your full 100, get a q50+ bow. It'll aim faster and have better damage. Quiver Quality doesn't do anything. Arrow Quality can cap your quality too but does not appear to be the problem if you're using q60 arrows Amended for my mistake.

And when I said that he should replace his quiver I meant because he might still have some of his old, low quality arrows inside, and afaik, you can't get them out unless you're shooting.
