Palisade Walls

I had a question about it, in another thread it says that building a palisade wall isn't good to do anymore because now greifers can dmg your walls at will. Can you dmg walls with low str requirements? The reason I ask this is because since the past 2 days, someone has been dmging me and my friends walls and leaving a runestone saying "fix your walls bro".

Did you have your walls on paved ground and claimed? If not then it is random decay that is damaging your walls. The str requirement to break a palisade with a sledge hammer is 484 str.

its not claimed but it is paved, it just has to be 1 tile for the walls correct?
