HELP! LAG!

Hey everybody, I've recently made a new H&H account, but there's one problem: every time I try to play it is MAJOR lag, even though my internet connection is exellent, can somebody please tell me what is happening?

The server has more people then it can handle, and thus make everybody lagg.

Kill more people; the fewer players, the less lag.
